MultiSUITE 'Pay As You Go' Subscription - Terms and Conditions

With the 'Pay as you go' subscription you pay to use the software for a specified duration.

Auto Renewal of Subscription Duration

By clicking the ‘Check Out’ button, you expressly authorize and permit MultiSUITE Software to automatically renew your software subscription for successive renewal terms each equal in length to the specified term, at the purchase price for your initial term (plus taxes and fees, less any applicable discounts) using the payment information you provided for your initial purchase, until you cancel. We may change the renewal price as of the next renewal date if we provide you with prior notice of the change by email.

You may cancel your auto-renewal plan at any time, simply email us at least one week before the end of your Subscription to cancel.

Privacy Policy

We do not share credit card details with any 3rd parties other than to PayPal Virtual Terminal.

Refund / Cancelation Policy

We do not issue refunds after the purchase is made. However, we do offer a limited free trial of our software prior to your purchase.

Compatible CAD Platforms

You can run MultiSUITE on your existing AutoCAD®, BricsCAD®, GstarCAD® or ZWCAD® running on Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 and above.

Due to the high level of customization required, 'Pay as you go' is not available for MultiSTEEL Detailer or MultiSTEEL Mezzanine.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is in the form of downloaded non-tangible digital goods.

Intellectual Property

MultiSUITE Software retains sole ownership of copyright, trademarks, and all intellectual property and proprietary rights of its software. Your purchase of license(s) to use its software or your purchase of 'Pay as You Go' subscription does not convey to you - the buyer - any rights of intellectual property in the software. All rights, title, and interest in the software and in any ideas, know-how, work product and programs which are developed by MultiSUITE Software including any enhancements or modifications made to the software shall at all times remain the property of MultiSUITE Software. You agree not to modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the software, or attempt to do any of the foregoing.

Business relationships

MultiSUITE Software makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature. In no event will MultiSUITE Software be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages for any use of this website, or on any other hyper linked website, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
